We are located near the waterfront side of Sunset Park. The closest transportation is the R Train to 53rd St. / N train to 59th St. / Ferry to Sunset Park / B11 Bus.
Small studio is 20 by 31 feet (630 sqft) and rents at $20/hr, $16/hr non-profit.
Our studio spaces are upstairs. Both studios have tables, chairs, Wifi, and access to the shared kitchen with fridge, coffeemaker, and sink. The bathroom is also on the same floor.
The Large Studio is 32 by 34 feet and rents at $30/hr or $24/hr for non-profits.
The theater space is downstairs which has the wood floor and rising seating area. High ceilings and huge warehouse space make it great for shooting, events, and shows. The rate is $100/hr, $80/hr non-profit.

After hours (6 – 10 pm) and weekend availability, please inquire.
We provide Nonprofit and artist rates and special discount for short/long term lockout rental. Please inquire.

|Cancellation Policy||Once you SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST you will receive a response within 24 hours with availability. Once you confirm the hours you’d like to book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice number and total amount due. Your rental is not confirmed until you receive this email. Payment is due in full at time of rental, in the form of cash or checks made out to Target Margin Theater. In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be received 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your rental time. After 72 hours, you are responsible for full payment whether or not you use the space.|
