Cafe Victoria is a bright and modern second floor space with hardwood floors and charming unobstructed views of the street and neighborhood garden from full-wall windows. Cafe Victoria is 625 square feet, with marble tables and Viennese chairs, seating up to 50 people. The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. We have an upright piano which enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall. The kitchen is available for cooking for an additional charge of $50 per hour.
We have 2 hour minimum for weekday events and events that don't involve food. And 3 hour minimum for weekend events and events that involve food.
Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue.

|Rental Policy||Usually a potential client requests all the relevant information about pricing, availability and any additional information. Than they usually visit the venue, if they like the space they sign an agreement and leave a 50% deposit. Those who wish to book the space without visiting just sign the agreement online and send the check for the deposit. From that moment the date is booked and not offered to anyone else.|
|Cancellation Policy||Upon signing of this Agreement, Renter shall deposit with Venue Provider the sum equal to 50% of the value of the rent. If the event is cancelled by the Renter, 50% of the deposit is returned to the Renter if the cancellation takes place at least 7 days prior to the agreed date. For cancellations with a notice of less than 7 days the deposit will be kept by the Venue Provider. If the event is cancelled by the Venue Provider the deposit is returned to the Renter in full.|
