We confirmed a booking for two consecutive Tuesdays with them in September and when we showed up in November, they had forgotten about us, but could accommodate us since no one was there. We then spent a full week emailing and calling to make sure that the second Tuesday was secure (the staff members on the first day didn’t have the information). It got to the point where we were calling every half hour on the day of the booking, each time a different staff member telling us to call back in 15-30 minutes for a promised answer. Finally two hours before the booking was supposed to begin, they admitted they had completely screwed up and we had made the booking but that they couldn’t accommodate us because someone else was in the space. This left 40 teenagers in our theater class with no place to go. When my colleauge called to ask for a refund, they hung up on her. When I emailed to ask for one, I’ve gotten no response. Do not book here, there are plenty of other wonderful places in the city with competant and kind people.
